All sales are final. Because each JOU Ceramic piece is handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We take great care when packing every piece, but unfortunately, damage can sometimes occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at jouceramic@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged piece, the packaging as it arrived, and your packing slip. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.
